I forgot my password, what can I do?
You can click on "Forgot password?" in the log-in screen and a link to reset it will be sent to your email address. 
Please always choose a strong password. It should be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one special character, one digit and upper and lower case letters.
If you do not receive a corresponding e-mail, please contact our support.
