You may want to download your contacts for backup or use in other programs. You can export your contacts in a list to do this.
How to Export Your Contacts
Select Contacts in the left menu and click on More -> Export in the following window. In the following screen, start the export by clicking the "Start export" button. Directly below it, in the list Previous exports, you can then download your export.
