Requirements
Please note: If you order your own number, you must verify your identity for regulatory reasons. You can do this quickly and easily yourself when you order the number.
If this is not possible, we can also authorise you manually. In this case, please send us a copy of your ID, extract from the commercial register, extract from your association registration or a comparable document to [email protected].
Once we have received your document, we will activate the ordering of your own telephone number for you. You can then order your own number conveniently in our webapp.

Furthermore, you should pay attention to the country from which you want to receive SMS. For more information on this, please refer to the article "Inbound SMS do not arrive".
Get your own number
Log in and then click on the Numbers item in the left menu. Then click on the button Order phone number.
Now you can choose your phone number. At the top, you can filter numbers for your desired functions and country. Once you have picked your favorite, select the number.
A pop-up will open with a note about the necessary verification. Click on Verify identity and follow the instructions.
Once you have completed the verification process, please select your desired payment interval. Please also make sure that you have selected the correct number. The number is shown on the left.
Once you have checked on all the details, click on Order Inbound Gateway. With this click you complete your order.
