How to book your own physical and virtual number and what to pay attention to.

Requirements

Please note: If you want to order your own number, we need proof of identity from you in advance for regulatory reasons. Please send us a copy of your ID, extract from the commercial register, extract from your association registration or a comparable document to support@seven.io

Once we have received your document, we will activate the booking of your own phone number. You can order your own number conveniently in our webapp.

Furthermore, you should pay attention to the country from which you want to receive SMS. For more information on this, please refer to the article "Inbound SMS do not arrive".

Get your own number

Log in and then click on the Numbers item in the left menu. Then click on the button Order phone number.

Now you can choose your phone number. At the top, you can filter numbers for your desired functions and country. Once you have picked your favorite, select the number.

In the following window please select your desired payment interval. Please also check if you have selected the desired number. The number is shown on the left. Once you have checked on all the details, click on Order Inbound Gateway. With this click you complete your order.
