Why am I being sent a 2FA code even though I have not activated 2FA?
For security reasons, you may be asked by email to enter a 2FA code even though you have not activated 2FA for your login.
This can happen, for example, if
the device is unknown
the country from which you are logging in is changing
the account has set 2FA as mandatory, but your login does not have 2FA activated
it is the first time you have logged in for a long time
the login is showing irregularities for other reasons.
Please note that the code expires after five minutes. After this time, you will need to request a new code.
