Recommended Format
It is best to enter your phone number in international format with the country code, for example:
- +49 170 1234567 (with plus sign)
- 49 170 1234567 (without plus sign)
Spaces or special characters like - or / are no problem and can be included.
Watch Out for Imports
Please make sure that your numbers are imported correctly.
When exporting an Excel spreadsheet, for example, a number like 01234 56789 may be exported as 1234 56789. If you then import it, our system will interpret it as a US phone number (+1 234 56789), so an SMS to this number will not reach the intended recipient if you were trying to send to a German number.
