How can I use a phone number as the sender name when sending voice messages?
To display a number as the sender when you use our voice function, you must first verify it.
Log in to the web app and click on Settings in the left-hand menu. Then click on the Sender identifiers tab.
Next, click on the New sender button at the top right, enter the phone number you want to verify and click Save.
Now click on Verify next to your phone number in the overview.
You can start the verification in the following window. Make sure that you have the relevant device nearby and that it can receive calls. Then click on Start verification.
A call is triggered to the corresponding number. Accept the call and enter the number displayed in red in the window.
The voice on the phone will then confirm the verification of the number and you have completed the verification.
