In which format do I have to enter the phone numbers?
It is best to enter your phone number in the format +49 1234 56789 or 49 1234 5678.
Spaces or special characters like - or / are no problem and can be included.
However, please make sure that your numbers are imported correctly.
When exporting an Excel spreadsheet, for example, it can happen that a number like 01234 56789 is exported as 1234 56789.
If you then import it into our system, it will interpret this number as a US phone number, i.e. +1234 56789, so an SMS to this number will not reach your intended recipient, if you were trying to send to a German number.
