Basically, you have the option to create contacts individually or to import them via a CSV file.
If you want to create a single contact, select Contacts in the left menu and then click the Contact button.
In the following window you can now enter and save the information about your contact. If you want to add other information to the contact, you can also create custom fields.
Make sure that you enter your customer data absolutely error-free.
If you want to change the information about a contact afterwards, you can simply click on the pencil symbol in the respective row in the contact overview. The familiar window opens and you can change the information.
Do not forget to save!
