Receiving SMS
If you send SMS, of course your recipients do not have to pay for receiving SMS.
If your customers reply to your SMS (via your inbound number), they will be charged the normal SMS costs of the respective mobile network operator. This does not apply if the customer uses an SMS flat rate. There are no additional costs for your recipients.
