Sometimes it is necessary to resend a message. You can resend individual SMS or RCS messages from your logbook with just a few clicks.
Resending several messages at once from your journal is not possible right now.
The fastest way
To resend a message, open your journal. Then select the checkbox next to the message you want to send. Two buttons will appear above the table. Click on the ‘Resend message’ button.
A pop-up opens in which you can select whether you want to resend your message immediately or whether you want to edit the message again before resending it.
If you click on ‘Send directly’, the message will be sent immediately exactly as it appears in the logbook.
If you click on ‘Edit before’, the message will open in the usual window for composing messages.
An alternative way
You can also trigger the resending of messages from the detailed view of an individual message.
To open the detailed view, click on the blue info icon to the right of your message.
Then click on the repeat icon.
A pop-up will also open here, in which you can select whether you want to resend your message immediately or whether you want to edit the message again before resending it.
If you click on ‘Send directly’, the message will be sent immediately exactly as it appears in the logbook.
If you click on ‘Edit before’, the message will open in the usual window for composing messages.
